They did a beautiful, pricing was reasonable and competitive, I was very happy with their service. They were very responsive if I had any problems on the Air Conditioning system, water heater system and gas leak issues in the house.

Between Christmas and New Year, my heater stopped working. It was very cold and I did not have a HVAC service provider. I had no idea who to contact, so I joined Angies List for research. I chose Guy Mechanical and I am very glad I did. A technician came in a relatively quick manner. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and advised what needed to be done. The Company worked with me to work out manufacturer warranty details. The technician ordered the parts and came back the next day and completed the job. The heater has been working great since the repair job. I agreed to an ongoing service agreement to make sure the systems keeps working optimally. I am completely satisfied with Guy Cooper Mechanical and thank them for the thorough repair job.

I've used them in the past.  There are a number of us in the neighborhood who have used them, and have appreciated their services.  They took one out that was not functioning properly, and put another one in, in less than an hour.  They do good quality work.  The workers are very pleasant.  They are meticulously with their clean-up.

They are very good. They are prompt, and the people they send to your house are very considerate, helpful, and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. They are very good, and the service is very good. They give you a certain time, like they will say they will be here from 10 to 12, they stick to that. We have been very pleased with their service. I had to put a toilet in the bathroom last year, and they brought the toilet and fixed it, you don't have to do anything. They are very reliable.

Have used them before for routine heating and A/C maintenance, which they do well. They also tried to install a new thermostat in a different location, but were unable to because of the way the house is built. instead, they will install a wireless thermostat.

It was under warranty so they charged some strange fee. It was $400 instead of a $1,000. They are good and I would use them again.

Service provider arrived timely and completed repairs efficiently.

Guy Cooper handled this very major service (basically replacing the entire HVAC system for a 50yr old 5000 sq foot home) responsively, professionally, and with very high quality workmanship. They did the entire process themselves, which involved not only their HVAC staff but also their own plumbers and electricians. The job began and ended exactly when they said it would and went smoothly. We are now using Guy Cooper for all of our plumbing needs.

We were getting power surges just before losing power in the recent snow/ ice storm nightmare. When power was restored the power company (I won't mention the co. name, but it starts with P and ends in CO, and is a 4 letter word), hadn't fixed the surge issue, so when it came back on line, lots of stuff got fried, including our downstairs heating unit. I called Guy Cooper about 8am monday morning and had a guy (ask for Tristan) out at about noon. He found the problem (cooked transformer) and replaced it. Badda bing, Badda boom, 12:45 he's done and we got heat. Nuff said.

We have had a maintenance contract with Guy Cooper for several years and during the recent Fall inspection we were told that the furnace hot surface igniter was cracked (which I was shown) and it might malfunction at any time. It is the original igniter and the furnace is approximately 12 years old. It was necessary to order a new one and within several days they came back to install it. I was quoted a price in advance (no surprises). I thought the price was a bit high, but they are very reliable, always on time and both their repairmen and dispatcher are very kind and thoughtful. They offer 24-hour service. We have been very pleased with them and would recommend them.

I called Guy Cooper based on the reviews on Angie's List. For the most part it was fine. He came on time and quickly fixed the toilet. It took very little time. My main complaint is that it seemed a bit overpriced. He did give me some helpful information on how to prevent the toilet from clogging again. The other issue I showed him was a slight crack in the base of the toilet upstairs. I thought he might have some suggestions as to how to repair it. He indicated that it probably could not be fixed. I was not ready to replace the entire toilet. However, not long after I was able with the help of someone else to simply patch up the crack and now it is fine. I would probabaly use them again but they would not be my first choice.

The company sent a plumber out within a half hour of our call. Jim Wharton diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was focused, careful, informative and friendly. The drain is working very well. We would call Guy Cooper again and we would also request Jim.

They have a lot of staff. They were wonderful and really good. They sent the people who most likely would do the job. They came and looked at it and then within a day or two their supervisor e-mailed me with the detailed quote. I negotiated with the price a little bit and then when I committed they sent the same person who originally came to my home to do the job. The original guy was a licensed sprinkler and plumbing guy. He also bought the HVAC specialist. About a week later I heard a whistling noise coming out from the HVAC. I called the company and they came right out and they found the problem. They fixed it right away with no charge.

Service man said he couldn't find anything major wrong but to try changing filter. I did and its been working fine ever since. I found him to be very professional and obviously honest which was greatly appreciated.

I like them alot and I think they did a good job. They person that came out was very knowledgable. Their prices were fair I think they were within the ball park.

Gave me an estimate on 4 different options ranging from replacing the boiler to installing controllers on the existing boiler. Were there on time for the estimate but an hour late for the install (due to traffic on PA Turnpike). Technician was knowledgable and professional. Installation was clean and done well.
