Roofing
John Cho at Economic Roofing is so much more than a roofing contractor. He's a true roofing and building envelope expert. We had a large roof that had been entirely re-done with what was the best ventilation approach at the time (just) 17 years ago, and had discovered that the approach to venting had essentially failed. We engaged multiple roofers about solutions and frankly received polar opposite opinions about how to properly address the situation. John was recommended by a home inspector with decades of expert witness experience and John took the time to truly evaluate and re-engineer the ventilation approach. Once equipped with a specific plan, John's team efficiently replaced the entire roof, installed back-up ventilation, and left the job site immaculate. His communication throughout was magnificent. If I could give him 10 stars I would!
