Excellent, reliable service!

About 5 years ago I hired Eagle to do a complete mold remediation in my basement. I have my workout equipment there and the basement was damp and had developed mold. I have a lung condition that reacts to aspergillus so I needed it cleaned up before I could use the equipment again.. They did an excellent job and my basement has been mold free. Recently I noticed spots on some of my ceiling joists. I called Mark Hays,, who had done the work for me before. He came out right away and took a sample. He had it tested and it came back negative. Just to be on the safe side, he made another trip to my house and took a second sample which also tested negative. That gave me the peace of mind I needed to continue to use my workout equipment. When I asked him what I owed, he told me that since I was a return customer he was not going to charge me anything. I was really surprised! He came out to my house twice and had 2 samples tested for me with no charge! I would highly recommend this company. They respond quickly, do a good job and they're honest. Mark went out of his way to help me with no charge, I think that says a lot about the type of company this is.

Very well. Came at the appointed time. Finished work at end of day. They finished the testing back at the office and called me later that night with the 'all clear' results.

In the real estate business it is very easy to come in contact with many different contractors.  We keep a meticulous file of the contractors we trust to use with our houses, both buying and selling.  If you have issues with asbestos, as we did, Mary Hays will take care of you.

Mark Hays came out the same afternoon that I called. He spent quite some time explaining the form of asbestos and how it would be removed and assured me that it was safe in its current form. Since my bathroom was demolished and all work had stopped, time was of the essence. The crew was working on a large job and wouldn't be able to get out for a few days, but Mark promised that if they couldn't get it done by the end of that week, he would personally come out with a crew member on Saturday to make sure it was taken care of. Colin and Ryan came out early Friday afternoon, explained how they would work, and got the job done. Mark, Colin and Ryan were all very polite, courteous and professional. They were happy to address any concerns and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Mark showed up on time for the evaluation and had advised the options in advance for possible testing depending on what he saw.
He walked me through the expenses of each  - from air testing, to drywall inspection, etc. 
After careful evaluation and testing with his moisture meter, Mark was very detailed in suggestions he had for me to limit and moisture and that he didn't see any major issues at this point and didn't want to run tests, just to make money.
I appreciated his honesty and would not hesitate using Eagle Industrial again and have recommended to the other building owners as well should they have any need for their services.

Mark came out the same day we called to provide an estimate and we had that quote the next day.  As soon as we decided to proceed, he got us scheduled right away.  The crew showed up early that morning, tented everything off, removed the asbestos, and were done by about 2pm.

It was extremely easy to work with this company.  Called up and explained that I was a homeowner dealing with my father's house and suspected that there was asbestos in the flooring.  They explained how to collect the samples and how to mail them to be tested.  Received a quick one day turn around after they were received.  The testing confirmed the presence of asbestos which was exactly what I needed to know.  
Was a pleasure to work with this company.

We were very pleased with Eagle Industrial. They responded promptly to all communications, came to assess and provided a detailed quote, and scheduled and completed the work expertly and exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend them.

They were fine and they secure the problem. It was expensive but they're reliable and they're quick to get the job done.

I think they could have done a little better ripping it out. But they didn't do a bad job; they just could have done it a little better. There was just one problem, everything else went smooth. Everyone was nice.
