They first came out and showed me all of the options available, and left me with samples so that I could see each of the different tints at different times of day/differing levels of sunlight. I chose my options, was then given an estimate (as this is dependent on the films you chose) and scheduled an appointment for installation. They did arrive a bit later than scheduled (about 20-30 minutes) but did call me to let me know and to be sure the delay was not a problem. The 2 men that arrived were very professional and personable, even to the point of giving some attention to my dog, (a small pug with a big mouth when visitors arrive) to calm her down a bit. They completed the job in under 2 hours. I have since been very happy with my windows, and have noticed my electric bills have decreased some, especially in the summer as they cut down on the heat from the sun. A few of my neighbors have also used them for their condos. Highly recommended.

Ray Spada appeared on time to present the choices and measure the windows. Within a week his installers were on site, and they did everything right, from being meticulously clean (necessary to install this film properly) to clearing out everything they brought with them. They were also pleasant, efficient, and quick.

Came to give estimate promptly (which was slightly less than our other estimate) and scheduled and completed work in a reasonable amount of time. The office called to confirm the appointment and the installers were on time as well as polite and neat.
