First crew they sent out did a very bad job. I complained they sent another guy he did good. The cost to do a living room and dining room was very pricey for the job i received im not sure i would book them again

I had the entire interior of my home done. Ceilings, walls, trim, windows and closets. It took a team of 3 only 3 days to complete the project. The painters were diligent, friendly and helpful with things I couldn't reach. They cleaned up after the completed job, I would not hesitate to hire them again.

They scheduled call back when it was too cold to repair. Missed areas the first time out to paint. Came with a ladder that was too short to reach areas needing repainting. Then Covid became an issue the following Spring for the repair . So....now the company will not return because the time has elapsed for any repair or touch up to occur. Find a company that will stand behind their work despite stressful times.

You had reached out a couple months later for touch-ups. We advised it was too cold to paint and would have to wait until Spring the following year. We did come back out and did the touch-ups and other areas for you that were not included in the scope as a courtesy. We have responded every time you have reached out and apologize that you are not happy with the project. We will use this as a learning experience."

A month later, the paint is cracking and coming off. Lack of prep was due not to the painters not wanting to do a great job but because they were being rushed. The worst interior paint job I have ever seen and I have flipped twenty homes in my lifetime. Thought this franchise was *the best**. Disgusted and deeply disappointed.

The painters were on time. They provided us the best price from the Home Advisor recommendations and stuck to it even when I altered the painting of my front door. I believe I got what I paid for but I was envisioning as smother scrape/sand. My major issue was the cleanup, my puppy is still finding paint chipped from exterior.

We hired them to paint our foyer and the wall against our stairs and to correct some popped nails along the stairs. They were timely and completed the job within a day. However, upon closer inspection I noticed they were not completely careful when painting around the edges and paint smeared to the trim, etc. I would probably hire them next time but will definitely be watching more closely.
