 + -1 moreI was impressed by his candor in turning down a house call and for returning my call so fast and when I did not leave a message. Although I did not use Bauer's for any repairs, based on this experience, I would certainly try him again if needed.
Description of Work: I call Bauer's to get service on my Sony 27" CRT. He asked me for the model number and before I could tell him want was wrong he told me it wasn't worth the repair costs to repair. I was impressed that he would acknowledge right away instead of coming to my home and charging a fee and then telling me it was not worth repairing or worst giving me an estimate. The next morning I called again for some clarification (I thought that my TV may only need some minor adjustment versus an "actual" repair). I got voice-mail, but decided not to leave a message. Less than 15 minutes later he called me back and we discussed this further. He thought this would probably be a bad CRT, which would be a large cost (if it was even available), so again we decided it was not worth repairing.
