+ -1 moreCould not have gone worse. ACRE ignored repeated attempts to communicate the technical reasons for a previous bad appraisal and generated one for us based on the same bad data. Because of their incompetence, the house we were trying to buy appraised low, and we were not able to get the financing we were hoping for.
Description of Work: ACRE was hired by our mortgage loan company through a clearinghouse to perform an appraisal on a property in NW Philadelphia. As such, we did not control the choice of appraiser.
