Work was done back in November 2016. If I knew customer was upset maybe we could have worked something out. I would like to respond to comments. I generally try to convince customers to reset their circuit breakers but so long ago I do not remember if this was the case plus we did other work at site. We changed a GFI receptacle in bathroom. In reference to the breaker reset you could not visually see that it was tripped. We did not know where power was lost so you start at the panel. The only way you can truly know if power is leaving the breakers is to test the circuit breaker with a voltage tester with the cover off. This also keeps the homeowner from resetting all the clocks in the house as well as protects computer information. Not sure why there is a problem with that??? I do not know what to think about the switch problem. I have been doing this for over forty years and I do know how to replace a switch. I would not do anything to rig up a three way switch with a single pole. Does not make sense.Service Provider Response
