The telephone attempt at enrolling in new service was a disaster. After 40 minutes and being kept on hold multiple times, I was disconnected.

I later enrolled online. The e-commerce site was easy and quick to use. The contrast between the telephone and online experience was remarkable.

The trash bin was delivered promptly. The trash was collected promptly.

The 73.98 USD that I cite above reflects non-recurring charges. There was 35 USD start up fee added to the first bill. The quarterly charge is expected to be 63 USD: 19.75 USD per month plus env. and fuel charges.

It costs forty dollars every two months. They seem very good. They do the job well. They don't have any competition.

Eventually seemed to get it right, but when moving into a new house, issues with trash pickup is a big pain.

The garbage collectors are always prompt and courteous. One week, I had forgotten to put the garbage out at the curb and only realized it as I heard truck pull away. Within seconds, I received a phone call from a customer service agent asking if I had garbage for the week. The collectors came back to my house to pick up the garbage. I really appreciate that they took the time to do that.

I am satisfied with their service.

They are pretty reasonable. If they are going to be late or if it is a holiday, they always call us to let us know. They work on schedule and on time in the morning. They really do a good job and I trust them. We did not had any bad experience with them.

I thought the price was a lot for a trash pickup. Overall, I thought the experience was really good. One thing that did catch me by surprise was they expect that you pay 3 months up front and advance to start their services. Even though the price is kind of high, the service has been exactly when they said it was and they were very professional. I would use them until I find someone cheaper.
