After coming back once to check out leaks he made excuses about leaks being underneath the window and would not do anything more with it. When he did come back he did reseal around the chimney and he also recemented down a loose shingle. He has now being avoiding my calls and also a letter I sent him

I disliked nothing and I liked the fact that he was willing to get it done quick before a tenant was going to move in. I got multiple bids and the next closest to his price was around $2200. I'm a contractor myself so it's sometimes scary to use the cheapest price, but it worked out great.
