Telephone service was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and accomodating and did not try to sell me extras or upgrade the price of what I wanted.I have never been in this shop so I don't know how many 'walk-in' flowers are available, but I would be very surprised if she wasn't willing to accomodate walk-in customers quickly.When I called, I told her what the flowers were for and she told me she would create an appropriate arrangement and asked how much I wanted to spend. When I said $25-$30 she did not try to encourage me to spend more, which I appreciated. She was very, very friendly on the phone.Both arrangements were ordered by phone and I did not see either one after they were delivered, but I asked both recipients to be honest about how they were since I didn't see them and would not want to continue to use a florist that sent out unsatisfactory flowers. One responded "perfectly lovely", the other said, "honestly, they were beautiful".Delivery fees are very reasonable and delivery to the local hospitals is free, which is a HUGE bonus in these days of delivery fees of up to $15 being pretty common. Delivery for one of the arranements I ordered was to the far end of the next town and was only $6!!So far, I am extremely pleased with the service and value I have gotten and will continue to use this florist unless I hear any negative feedback or see negative results from any flowers I order---and based on previous experience, I doubt that will happen.
