First we found out the pipes under the cement in the basement were clogged.  Roto-Rooter had to dig up a pipe at the base of the drain pipe to get the electric auger  in the pipe, and found a terra cotta trap at the base.  Keep in mind the house was built in 1960.  So there is a lot of terra cotta.  The electric auger did not work to get through the clog because we found out that there was a 90 degree turn taking the pipe out of the house.  Which is where the clog was.  The technician saved us money and headaches, because he used the snake with the camera and found the pipe went right under the furnace and hot water heater.  He located it outside the house, and decided it would be easier to dig it up there to use the Jet, which cleaned the drain completely.  They then re-routed the drain pipes going out of the house to prevent future clogging.  It took three days to complete the project, but we are very happy.  We are very happy with Roto Rooter.  The workers know what they are doing, and are very professional.  I would use them again, if need be, and would recommend them to anyone.
