The piano tuner was a little later than originally scheduled, BUT they called me the night before as well as the morning of to make sure I knew he'd be late and why, and that it was still OK with my schedule. I've used them many times, and the piano tuner has always been right on time before, so I knew this was a special cause.
The piano tuner is very skillful and very pleasant to deal with. I can't imagine a better experience with having a piano tuned. Sometimes it may take a bit to get the appointment scheduled, but there's no other tuner I would want to have work on my piano.
