Fairfield Ford of Williamsport

I took my 1998 Chevy truck into Fairfield Auto Group to have the drive side window repaired, which needed to be done after one time putting the window down, and nothing I did could make it go back up. I dropped the truck off in the morning, and they had a courtesy shuttle drive that took me right to my job, which was about 9 miles away. I received a call later in the day with an estimate of all the repairs, and then was asked if I wanted to complete the repairs. They informed me the part would take a day to come in and they could send the courtesy drive to give me a ride home if necessary, which I did not need. They promised it would be done the following day, which it was. When I picked it up, it was no only repaired, but the truck had also been washed at no charge. I didn't have my check book on me when I picked it up, and they were gracious enough to let me take my vehicle and stop back another day to pay the bill.
