He came in Monday and looked at the job. He returned on tuesday as stated to begin the work. He was prompt and courteous and they were very polite and deligent while completing job. They did an excellent job. They were very clean and didn't leave any disturbance after they completed the job. He also looked at my furnance for free and told me that my furnance is good and was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced at that time.
