I don't like Comcast. I have been with them for decades. I got the bill increase resolved, but I had to go out and sign a new two year contract. It will get waived if I stick with that contract for two years, but if I cancel it tomorrow I probably would get charged a couple hundred dollars. I rated them a D overall because of the service and the cost.

The service is pricey and the signal is erratic. Equipment breaks often then you have to wait a day or two for service or take the box in to their office 50 miles away. They'll promise extra services like free hbo to make up for the trouble....then bill you for it and say they never made the offer! True story.

The internet service with Comcast Cable is very fast and we're able to get connected quickly and go from one screen to the other without it being slowed down. I don't have much to compare it with. We have just one box for the cable t.v. with no DVR. We have extended basic cable. We don't have just the basic service, but we don't have the box and those other things. Their customer service is very good. If something's wrong and we call up, we get it fixed. The t.v. service is the same. They're expensive, but there isn't much competition here, because if you go with DSL, I don't think the internet services are that good.

They were good. They found out what the problem was, fixed it, and they were quick. They billed me 35.00 but they found out it was incorrect and took it off.
