"All baseless claims. I offered twice to hook up receptacles, at no cost, that did not work, I think because a junction box was missed. We were not informed until almost two weeks later that these were not working. The job was never finished so to claim they were overcharged is not correct. Job was priced based on doing whole job while everything was open then was asked if they only did first floor if price would be half of total. I told them it may be approx half but several walls and ceilings that were suppose to be open to run wires were in fact not. This made getting new wires harder. We were told hood wire was 3 inches off, that is very possible but hood was not on site and hood covered everything I'm sure. The wall behind the hood was open too so moving it 3 inches probably took a few minutes. We were told two kitchen walls were not being touched so boxes were not set out for drywall. Then it changed so we had to put a few box extensions in which took about 5-10 minutes, I told her to take extensions that were a few dollars and $100 off, she did not. We connected the furnace because we were told not to install heaters for awhile. Final payment was just received a few days ago and by her request we are to send key back within 10 days of final payment, key is ready to be sent back as soon as check is confirmed good. I asked her how she could say she was overcharged when work was not complete and how does she know how I would handle invoicing at end. I would have totally made everything right and been fair. Communications were very difficult with her and her boyfriend, until she started complaining. I did not want it to end like this but I'm glad we are done dealing with them."
