Heating and Air Conditioning Service
When I contracted your company, A/C Mechanical, to install our gas furnace you told me and invoiced me at 85$ per hour regardless how many persons you send to do the job. AC also told me they could do the install of the gas line for the gas stove when I need it at the same rate. (check the invoice of November 2011)
I am outraged that an invoice was left with my wife in the amount of $455.84. The workers were in the home only one hour then sat out back of the property for 45+ minutes before coming to the front to give my wife the invoice. Not only was the addition wrong charging us more but the time placed for labor was for three hours at 100$ per hour.
AC reviewed this after I called with my concerns the next morning and agreed to meet with me at 5:30 pm February 22nd. AC agreed there was an error and offered an adjustment of adding a one-year warranty on the pipe and to invoice for $300. At this time AC handed me back the check my wife wrote out and was to adjust the invoice to a fair charge. I requested a fair price since the labor was one hour and a tool was removed from our home.
As I understand the last information AC supplied, in a note, the 3 hours of labor is for two persons at $100 per hour and they spent 1-1/2 hours doing this minor install. This is not acceptable to adjust to fit the invoice charge. AC have lead me to believe the charge was as in November. AC still haven?t even supplied me with an adjusted invoice, ONLY a note in my mailbox.
I have given this company a chance to prove themselves as a professional company and they have let me down. I have sent a certified letter with $232+ check (what I deemed was fair since I still haven't received an adjusted invoice)
I suspect we will have a face to face in court over this last SMALL project of being over charged.

I was told one thing then company does another.
Can't keep appointments and have sub contractors which I was not told about. They ENTERED my home when no one was there, unannounced, no notice and leaves a mess.
Very unprofessional operation at a high cost.
I used this company due they were the ONLY dealers of the product that responded to my request of a quote for install and time line.
I am VERY dissatisfied even after many apologies for their actions. I do not recommend this company for they have to make BIG improvements on their operations.
Company quickly ran gas line with two take off T's (not where I was told they would be located) plastic strapped to any existing nails or wires for support. VERY poor job! Even now the opening to the chimney is NOT covered as I was promised. I gave the final payment just to get them out of my home and wrap this POOR project.
They may be 'authorized' dealers of the heating unit BUT I am concerned of calling them for any warranty service work.

An on-going nightmare...installation was performed by an incompetent crew of unskilled workers. After 3 months, still having problems related to faulty installation after 13 return trips to correct problems.

Service provider arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed job in timely manner. The only down side was they forgot to clean out the AC condensate pump. It overflowed two days after the service was performed. I thought his would be part of the service but nay have shared partial responsibility for not specifically requesting that the pump be cleaned.

Avery Mullens was very professional. His work was neat and orderly. He cleaned up his mess at the end of each work day. He has 24 hour service and answered his phone every time i called.
