I was very pleased with the professional service provided. He was very polite and did a good job. Very happy so far with the switch - more channels than the local cable co. and saving money at the same time!!

It rarely goes out so it is pretty reliable. It has to be a really big storm for it to go out. I think the price is comparable to the other companies.
