"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Our experience with Guardian has been nothing but exceptional. From the beginning they insured that our home was safe from additional damage by covering exposed areas of the roof until the insurance company could coordinate with Guardian. Guardian was there to coordinate with our insurance company adjuster and make sure all the local code requirements to install the new roof were met. The materials used are top notch, giving us an ice and water shield and a 50 year warranty on the roof, that will long out last us. During the roof install the crew was here early, covered all the bushes and shrubs, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished by mid-afternoon. They made sure all debris and nails were picked up like they were never here. These guys know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that I know."

"Where do I even begin!? They showed up an hour early. With plenty of heads up. He was very understanding when I didn’t see the notification that they were running early. Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldn’t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours! "I really couldn’t be any less satisfied with my experience with B & E Roofing. My roof began leaking in 2018 and I gave the job to B & E. Two years later, after finding black mold along the wall in my son’s closet, I realized my brand new roof was leaking in an entirely different location from the original leak. Long story short, I had B & E come back to my house 3 times, each time they promised me it was fixed, and now almost another year later, it is still leaking. I will be calling another roofing company tomorrow morning to come out and see what they think (I have since had this other company replace my garage roof and they did a fabulous job…and it doesn’t leak).
