Pavers and Hardscaping Service, Landscaping
Initial installation and most plants still look good. They have been back several times but fail each time to fully address the problems. Call and call trying to schedule repairs that get put off and then never get fully done. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have much of a job to do. Polite and professional in presentation. Just did not do this job right. Ten year warranty is not much good if it is not repaired properly. Hopefully others have not had the same issues we have had.

Landscaping, Deck and Porch Service
There were some communication problems. He came in with a drawing of what the place would look like. We requested a 90 degree pattern with the pavers but he did it at 45 degrees. It didn't look bad so I let it go. When we designed the deck, we wanted the staircase on the edge. He put it in the middle of the deck. I caught that so they had to change the shape of the deck. That was another compromise we had to make. They would leave trash all over the place and would never clean up after they left. After a while, that got annoying. In general, you need to be very specific with these guys and stay on their case. The work does looks nice. I had requested the staircase that we ordered be painted by the company that we ordered it from. Sweet Valley said they picked it up but that it would take longer to paint the staircase so they would do it. They picked it up last minute so I didn't get it custom done how I wanted it.
