6 months after completion 3 plants and a tree were dead - I had to threaten to involve the magistrate to have them replaced before someone was sent to replant new ones. Two of the replaced plants are dead and the tree which I was told was just dormant from the winter is completely dead in my front yard - would not recommend them for any services.

When I signed the contract I was told work would begin by the end of April. Work didn't begin till mid May. Then in the middle of the project they stopped work to complete another project. This was just poor scheduling and not managing expectations very well. This is what separates good contracts from poor ones. I can handle poor scheduling as it seems to be the norm.
They extended our gutter drain pipes into the neighboring property. I had asked them not do anything beyond my property line but he did this for his convenience so he could push the extra dirt out instead of removing it. I had to then dig up and redirect all the pipes myself to fix the problem as the property owner is trying to sell the land.
The patio and side walk came out really nice but the grass is looks terrible. There is crab grass growing everywhere even in the mulched areas. I expect that I will have to re-seed the entire lawn myself. I'm very disappointed.

The landscaping was great - unfortunately when it came to the seeding of the front and back lawn its a different story. The grass has brown spots, mushrooms, weeds and many bare spots. Thousands of dollars later our lawn looks no better then before. We continue to water as we have from day one which keeps it green but it is ugly. They came one time after the seeding and mowed and put something down which turned the lawn brown. The owner did a quick walk around our property where it was dead and said he would take care of it....that was 2 months ago. Have not seen anyone since the mowing. They are great at the initial project but there is no desire to follow up to make sure they have done quality work both they and us are proud of. Extremely disappointed in the service of this company will not recommend or use them again.

Job guaranteed one year and needed repair after a severe rain storm. Job completed in September 2013 and repairs completed in April/May 2014 after new grass was well established. Overall, a good job though punctuality and responsiveness to follow-up calls could be improved.

They showed up on time. They were very informative and the work they did was beautiful. I would use them again.

They were very prompt for the initial consult.
Gave me a quote right there (which prob wont happen for major landscaping projects - but this was pretty cut and dry)
Started work 2 days later and were finished the same day.
Very nice results and very professional.

They were excellent and they did a good job. They were very friendly and courteous. Their work was excellent. Everything went fine. I have not complaints at all. I would highly recommend them. I would give them a five star rating.

The work was done while I was not home and when I returned and saw what he had done, I was amazed, it was beautiful!
Tom provided me a few tips on care and even let me know about a potential plumbing issue with my hose in the backyard.
He was friendly, professional and prompt throughout the entire experience. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future, as this property will surely need more help and TLC in the future.

He was great to work with. He drew a blueprint of what he was going to do and explained all the plants and trees that he was going to plant for me. He worked with a lot of rocks and mulch and made it look great. He worked around my schedule. He worked non stop and even came on Saturday. He was very clean and explained what little things that did need to be done.
