Description of Work: Went in to look at granite and arrange for a free estimate. Next thing they want is a deposit for doing the work. Like a fool I paid with a credit card. Changed my mind when I found a better deal on a granite that did not require maintenance. Went into personally cancel the order but they could only issue a check. Imagine that they can use a credit card but not refund to the credit card. Only person that could issue the check was the manager and they had no idea when he would be in to write out the check. After all that miraculously the check would be ready at 4 pm today.
