 + -1 moreI think that speaks for itself, if he doesn't show up for new business how reliable can he be. He is unprofessional because even if he had an excellent excuse, he did not give me a phone call.
Description of Work: I contacted him and we were supposed to have an appointment for an estimate last Wednesday at 11am, and he never showed up, never gave me a courtesy call.
