When the cleaners appeared, all went well. The problem was getting people to come. The first person came once and then did not come again even though she had been contacted. It took me bugging Morgan's to get them to send someone else, and that took a couple of weeks to engineer. The second woman appeared twice and then failed to show yesterday. Morgan's did nothing to rectify the situation (for ex., send a different cleaner), even though I contacted them and asked for help. As a result, it is now Memorial Day weekend, I have company coming and a dirty house which I will have to clean myself. I would NOT recommend Morgan's to anyone wanting house cleaning!!! They are unreliable and unprofessional.
Description of Work: House cleaning: sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, dust, clean blinds, do bathrooms and kitchen.
