Mister Fix All

I called Mister Fix All (Andrew) to have a lot of small repairs and some finish work done, the kind most contractors won't touch. He came to look at the work needed and later that night gave me an estimate. We agreed on the cost and a start date of June 10, 2010. He never showed, so I called. He apologized for the hold up and said he would be here on the 11th. Again he was a no show. I called again and he said he ran into a complication at his current job and he would be here on the 16th. Again he didn't show. Again I called and we agreed on the 22nd. I expressed my need to get this work done. No show. I called he said he had all his guys out sick with a flu and he was just going to call me. He promised he'd be here on the 24th for sure. I called today, the 1st of July to tell him not to bother and he said he is a diabetic and had been in the hospital and he really needed the work. He said he would call me back in half an hour, that was 3 hours ago.
