They were very efficient from the time I called he explain to me how long the part would be to come in they showed up they tried to repair it they also help me with Samsung resolving the issue.

Ok but if I had to pay I would go with a repair place closer to my home so I wouldn't have to pay for distance

They refuse to return my email and calls.

"[Member Name Removed], sorry for your troubles. We unfortunately don't do service on out of manufacture units. They should have specified that to you. We apologize for not answering calls, but when we receive calls and there not from the manufacture we rarely return them."
