ICE MOUNTAIN NATURAL SPRING WATER

Today is Monday, Aug. 10, 2015. My water delivery was expected a week ago on Monday, Aug. 3, 2015. I called customer service every day since last Monday. The representative told me that the route was not running but I could expect delivery "tomorrow". The next day came and went, with no delivery!. I lodged a complaints on the website to no avail. The message that came back to me was "missed water delivery....route not running". There was nothing to suggest a remediation or solution to my problem. My 93-year mother relies on water with her medication (she is taking water pills and other medication that relies she is well hydrated). Our well water was tested and showed traces of toxic substances. So we relay on purified bottled water for cooking and drinking. This is not the first time that there has been a delay with water delivery. But this time is the worst breech of timely deliveries. As I am writing this, I can get no response from even the corporate headquarters of Nestle. My only option is to search for another bottled water company that can service us better.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and helpful (I called several times with additional questions). The delivery was on time and perfect, and I am very happy with the water and the service.

We have to inform them a few days ahead of time and they willinform when they are coming, so if we want to change any plans or if we want to change the order than we can do it.

We are on a plan that the pricing is determined by the amount of bottles you buy. They have additional things that you can also have delivered as well like ice tea. They are very friendly, prompt and whenever we have needed extra bottles they have delivered without a charge.

We are very satisfied with the quality of service we have received. The bottles are always delivered on the day promised. They have an excellent website where you can add other products to your delivery, change your delivery quantity and even delivery date. The driver even brings the new bottles right into our garage.

GOOD SERVICE RECORD VIA PHONE AND WEBSITE, ALTHOUGH A FORMER DELIVERY REP MISPLACED OUR BACK GATE KEY ONE TIME. BILLING IS ALMOST ALWAYS ACCURATE, ALTHOUGH 1 TIME IN THE LAST YEAR THEY MISCOUNTED THE NUMBER OF RETURNED BOTTLES AND CORRECTED IT WHEN I CALLED. THE PRICE IS INCREASING FROM 7.99 PER 5 GAL BOTTLE TO 9.99 DUE TO ''ENERGY PRICE INCREASES''; COMPANY SENT LETTER TO OFFER A SAVINGS PLAN ALONG WITH 2 YEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT. REMINDS US OF DELIVERY DATE SO THAT WE PUT OUT EMPTY BOTTLES.
