The tech came on time and was very kind. I had an emergency and they were there within the hour. My spring broke and my car was trapped in the garage. The tech Randy explained to me all the options I had, gave me reasonable pricing and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions before I gave the OK to start the job. Discount Garage Doors will have my business forever and I definitely recommend anyone to use them, that has garage door issues. Theyâ re the best!

Wow!! After a loooong time finally I met someone from a business that didn't try to rip me off. Very honest, trustworthy, and good at their job. Other quotes I had for this job was $950 and $700. Discount Garage Door did it for $400. And it took him half an hour to do the whole thing. Other businesses were trying to charge me 500 for parts!! While I checked on Amazon it was $109 x 2. This gentleman from Discount Garage Door showed me his quote with the exact $109 price that I saw on Amazon. I definitely recommend

For me being a senior, he explained everything thoroughly so I can understand the new technology. I find sometimes when you are older people dismiss you but Randy was very respectful, took his time to explain everything to me, gave me a fair price, and didnt overcharge me.
