I am extremely happy with everything about this project. From getting an estimate to the finished product, the entire process was easy and enjoyable. Brin is a very talented mason! He will definitely be back for other projects at my house.

The old stone foundation was looking pretty shabby. In less than a week, Mr. Dempski installed a wire mesh over the existing exterior and parged over it with concrete, then for the areas where the foundation was visible, applied a and quot;top coatand quot; of custom-colored concrete to finish the job. He also applied rubber waterproofing down to the footer in a section of the foundation where I have noticed a small water leak coming into the basement during very heavy rains. I lost that 'old stone' look and now the foundation looks (and is) smooth and strong. Mr. Dempski is very friendly, customer-focused, and works very cleanly, he left no trace that he was there other than the finished product, which looks great! I will definitely be contacting him for any future masonry work.

Overall it went well. It took a while to get going, but once it did Brin did exactly what he said he would. The only word of caution I would provide is to ask what color everything will be. I never even thought of it and now I have to try and find some exterior paint to try and match the color of the house for the areas that were patched. Good solid work, but it stands out pretty bad. At least it won't be falling down now!!!

I spent $3000 on that work. That job was beautiful. The workers were excellent and I had no problem at all.

This job took four days to complete, working a few hours a day. I was expecting alot of noise from the jackhammer being used to remove the old sidewalk, but it wasn't as loud as I thought it would be. The job was done quickly and very efficiently. I now have the most beautiful sidewalk on the block! My neighbor was even allowed the use of their wheelbarrow and leftover cement to repair his own sidewalk. Mr. Dempski always called or came over when he said he would so I was not left waiting to hear from him. He will also come back in the fall to apply a sealer. :O)

He is excellent. Punctual and a stand-up reliable guy. I would re-hire him.

He did a fantastic job, at what I think is a most reasonable price. He did it in a timely fashion. He was a true mason, rather than someone who says, I do brickwork.
