Tech Joe W. Was very good . Friendly, helpful , efficient and knowledgeable. Very clean work . I have always been satisfied in general with all my dealings with CW Schultz.

Called this morning and they were able to send a technician out on the same day. Steve was incredibly polite and respectful, he was quickly able to diagnose the problem and get my air conditioning back up and running. I will be using them for any future issues and highly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their HVAC system.

They responded quickly on a very hot day in northeastern Pennsylvania when another local company told me it would be a two week wait. A technician was at my place in about four hours. The work was done well and the price was reasonable. Very good experience!

Awaiting estimate. We were provided an estimate in a timely fashion that was reasonable and comparable to other estimates we received.We decided on this company to have our work done.
They arrived promptly on the date stated. Work was completed in a timely manner. Workers were friendly and professional. Clean up was done well. Would recommend to others.

My furnace, water heater, and air conditioning were all destroyed during the flood. The manager of Schultz did me a favor because I have a disability and it was cold and damp and he went out of his way to find a furnace for me. He's done the work in our house for years and years and years. We've had the company from the father, to the son, to now the son's wife taking over the business. We've been with them for probably 50 years. Some people say he is more expensive than others but he does a good job.

We had no heat for about a week. Three other plumbers had come in and promised to return with parts but then never showed up! One had told us we needed over 1200.00 work done and that they had to order the parts. They never returned. At our witts end I ended up looking into the utility company to come in, Schultz is recommended on their website. I called at 3pm, was told they were on another job and might not be able to come til the next morning. But at 3:15 the workman called and after hearing we had had no heat for a week said he would be there that evening, at 4pm they showed up. I told them what we had been told the issue was, he and his partner went down to take a look. By 4:15 they knew what the issue was and said that if they had the part on their truck they could fix it. It was not the boiler as the previous plumber had said it was just a temperature gage on the front that needed repaired. They had the part on the truck. And had the furnace repaired by 6pm. WE HAD HEAT! He did recommend a few tweaks to the furnace. Which we scheduled and again they were prompt and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. We have used them 4 more times since and they are fantastic.

They were wonderful. They were great. They sent this guy out who was excellent and he solved the problem. It was great. He was really reasonable and he told us about the prices upfront. I really felt that they really had an and ldquo;A+and rdquo; rating in my book. We tried to fix it ourselves and we had installed some heat stating things. When the guy came in, he said actually we had installed the wiring backwards, so he fixed that for us and then he fixed another piece that was downstairs. We only ended up having one little thing on our heating. The price was really reasonable. He was great. He was an old plumber from New York City. I guess he moved to our area after 9/11. He knew exactly what he was doing. I lived in an older house. Nothing about my house was great and nothing about my house was easy. He knew exactly what it was and he said he could get one of those and fix that for me. It took about two and a half hours to put the whole thing together. He was great. He did not scold us. He actually said it was good that we tried to do this on our own but to make sure that we read the guidelines because it clearly stated that we should put this wire here and that wire there. He did not say that we were not electricians and should not have done that. He was a real nice guy. Some people are so nice and he was one of them. He went out of his way. His quality was great because I had seen through the whole winter and my digital thermostat was perfect. He was great. In terms of responsiveness, he came right away. In terms of professionalism, he was a gentleman, he was very nice. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

I joined Angie's List to find a plumber after contacting C. W. Schultz last week. They sent a worker who charged me $45. for the visit and said the problem would be fixed the next day. When I called to find out when someone would be arriving, I was told that I had misunderstood and that an estimate would be required. At the end of the week another worker called who had no idea anyone had even been to my house and wanted to send another worker for an estimate...again at a cost of $45. for the visit, of course. I decided to cut my losses after $45. spent and find a new plumber. I would advise that you DO NOT call C. W. Schultz unless you enjoy frustration, miscommunication, unprofessionalism and high prices!
