The owner coordinated the project and effectively communicated daily with my BIL who was 5 hours away during construction. Owner was extremely reliable, knowledgable and organized. His communication and responsiveness was excellent. We found this co. on Angie's List and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Bob and the crew were wonderful from initial meeting to finish! I cannot say enough good things about the whole team! Bob would return calls same day and answered any questions, quoted a great price, started the project 2 weeks earlier than anticipated, always cleaned up after every day - never left a mess, whole crew was friendly and personable, flexible payment options, and great quality of work! We couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend this company and will hire them again for future projects! A+++++++++!

Work done was very good. Communication and responsiveness were timely and informative. Price quoted was more than acceptable.

This was a large job with several moving parts that had to be done in sequence over a few days. We got a thorough estimate for the work, and a projected date for the start. We were kept informed as the date locked in, and everything happened according to plan. We are absolutely satisfied with the work done, the quality of the workmanship was everything we could have hoped for. They worked with us as we had a delivery to the house that needed to go over the deck, and they also did a great job cleaning up after they were done, there was nothing we had to pick up after they were finished. I was most impressed that after the job was done Bob came by to check on things with me, and found some areas that he came back to apply more stain to. I would definitely go with them again if I needed more work done.

Bob was great! He came and looked at the roof and in a few days I had an estimate. I believe I got a good price. He gave me a timeframe when he would be able to come and get the job done and did show up when promised, His employees were courteous and they did leave my house and yard clean when they were done. I would definitely call them again.

It was awesome. They quoted the lowest prices and did top quality work. There was no beating around the bush with this company. They gave me and estimate, we shook on it and they got to work. They are coming back in the spring to do more work.

They started the job on schedule and completed it in one day.

My door was broken and jammed shut. I needed it repaired in a timely manner. B P Home Repair responded promptly and fixed the problem and got a locksmith to respond immediately as well. They followed up with some final details and were very reasonable. I will use them in the future.

The price was right for what I had done. I had other local contractors give me prices that were almost double BP's price. Everyone was very impressed with their work. It only took them two and a half days to finish.

They arrived on a Monday when they said they would arrive and finished on a Friday of the same week.  They showed up
each day of the week on time and stayed with the job until the end.  The walls that they worked on had previously had wallpaper
on them and were in poor condition with residual glue and wallpaper backing still on them.  I feared that we might have to
replace the drywall in some areas.  They were able to restore the walls to original condition without having to replace any.
BP had remodeled our bathroom the previos year (2012) and also did a great job.  I plan to hire them in the future to do
some work on a rental property that we own.

I called and spoke to Bill, and he came a few days later to give me an estimate. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeble. He had a ladder that was tall enough to reach my high roof, and didn't complain about the height like other workmen had. He determined that the problems could be repaired rather than doing full replacements. I liked that he did not try to sell me more service than was needed- some people may have tried to convince me that the gutter and window be completely replaced. The estimate was for $250-$300. When he replaced the rotted window sill, I told him that I could finish the sealing, caulking, painting, and sloping the ground away from the window, and he gave me advice on how to do it correctly. He repaired a broken hanger on the gutter, adjusted the pitch, and cleaned a lot of debris out of it. The way that the gutter was originally installed made it hard to do much with it, so he said to see how it drained during a rain storm. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way, and he had all the tools and materials needed with him .The final cost was $200- saved some money by doing the finish work myself. I also had him give me an esitmate on replacing 2 ceilings, and again, he was very knowledgeble about the materials and procedures, so I will definitely be calling him to do the ceiling job when I am ready.

They were excellent! They even through out great ideas as well. Very professional and clean.

I called in this contractor and had another come and give me an estimate.   I have had B P do work for me before and they came in right around the same estimate as the rain gutter repair company (I also got using Angie's list) so having a history, I went with B P.  They came down, explained to me the difference in gutters, and started work the next day.  By the time I got home from work, job was done.  Can't ask for anything better from a group.

I got BP Home Repair and Remodeling from a reference with a friend who said they do great work so I always go with neighbor's word of mouth over any review site since they were not listed here on Angie's list.

They came down, gave me an estimate, heard about the horror story from my last contractor and were very accommodating.  They wrote up an estimate and unlike some other contractors who want you money right there or show up to start that day to get your despite and shift around sites, they flat out told me that their schedule is booked for a few weeks but they promised once they get on site, they're there to stay, every day and don't disappear to do other jobs.  They were right.

I just patiently waited 4 weeks and they got my work done in just a few days.  They even put up with my calling them and asking (even after the contract was signed and I was waiting on them) several questions about options before they started and they called me back each end of the working day with lots of options and always with a smile.

They were on-site every day, everything was cleaned up every day, very professional and courteous and always gave me options without any pressure.  If I didn't know some of their jargon they were talking about, I just said that and they explained it to me in other terms.

GREAT Crew.  I also found out they do a ton more work than just the porch I had done and I already want them back to build me a deck for my backyard and also paint my siding.  The spring can't come back soon enough for them to do more work for me.  I plan to use them again and recommend them to anyone reading this and my friends.
