We shopped at a variety of stores to find the right look we wanted--this was the one place where we found that we could get that nice mix of contemporary and classic that we were looking for. We like the high quality of our furniture. So we will be back. 2. We shopped when they were having a nice sale, so that helped a lot. It's not super-cheap, but it was a fair price when on sale. The promotion allowed for no interest as long as it was all paid off before the due date. So that was nice too. 3. The and quot;designersand quot; (aka sales reps) were super nice and super helpful, and had great ideas. Very helpful in planning and patient with the process of deciding things. 4. Nice options for colors and fabrics. 5. We had a problem with the supplier of the dining table putting on the wrong legs. When we reported the problem, Thomasville was quick about identifying the source of the problem (the builder of the table) and they were able to come out an put on the correct legs in a reasonable amount of time. The wrong legs looked pretty good too--just not what we most wanted. So nice that they just came out and changed them--took a while for the new legs to be made so they could be put on--but reasonable time.
Description of Work: We bought a dining room set and a bedroom set from them. The dining room set was through their Color Cafe line, which lets you design your own table and chairs. It was perfect for us because we were able to design something perfect for us. They had a variety of chairs to choose from, that let us get dining chairs that were REALLY comfortable and beautiful. We didn't want a fussy design, so Color Cafe let us put together a look that is just right for us--both contemporary and classic. We found a bedroom set that worked great too. We will be back next time.
