The sofas arrived when promised, but the recliner did not. It took over four months for the recliner to arrive. At one point, the firm told us they had no idea where our chair was and could only keep adding three weeks to the anticipate delivery date. We had to have the technician back to the house because we found a nail protruding through the top of the sofa. We will have to call again because the recliner is not working properly. This was a bad experience and the firm did try to resole some of the issues.

We looked at several furniture stores. I thought that they had a suitable selection. The salesman answered all of our questions and them left us alone. He never pressured us.
