They rushed pulling the liner and caused lumbs at the bottom of the pool. Some are very sharp and ripped the liner.He was willing to fix the liner - less the water cost. We had to take him to court to get money to repair damage. We did win the case

They were very good and their price was good. They came and did what they were supposed to do. They were very personable people. I heard other people’s problems with other pool places and I myself called someone once for an estimate, but they never came back for months. It was almost triple compared to what Pools by Snyder did for me. So, I was very happy with them. I liked them a lot because they did a good job for me.

I've been very pleased. They were detail oriented, professional and have done other jobs here in the neighborhood. He does probably 60-80 pools and he has his own crew. He only uses the best equipment; Pentair, Aquapro-names that are well-known in the industry. His group built the retaining walls around our retaining walls but that was a separate charge. We liked the way the walls looked and they tell you up front the price square foot.
