I gave him $3500.00 on Feb 5th, 2010. He sent two young men into the crawl space to put up beams. They installed 3 beams. Later, I was down there with my son to do some painting and when simply placing my hand on the main beam it fell off. I inspected the 2nd beam and realized there was a 3" gap with it and it was not supporting anything either. I had another contractor come in and inspect and he confirmed the improper installation was not providing any support to my home. It has to be redone. We have called this business and he refused to return my money. We called and called and called this company again but they have restricted our phone number and will no longer take my calls. I have filed this complaint with the small claims court for resolution and have to hire another company (reliable one this time) to properly install the beams.
Description of Work: We had to replace our support beams in our home. We noticed that between the beams there was a crack in the main support. I knew they needed to be replaced.
