They are very nice. They were interested in selling their laminate products because they could warranty it forever. They said you can spray it with Windex to get it cleaned and I never sprayed Windex on my cabinets. They said if we go with the wood it would cost tremendous amount more plus they could warranty it for five years. So they pushed it on us and they wouldn’t give us the price until we signed the contract. They wouldn’t hold the price for us until we signed the contract but we had another person coming the next night from a different company and we didn’t want to commit. We were told we have three days to cancel so we signed it. And then there is a whole process to go through to get rid of the contract and we had to call them and there is a portion of the contract that I needed to sign and it tear off and send a certified mail with the return receipt required. The other company was $1000 more but with lifetime guarantee. The sales representative was very good. He was polite and very businesslike. He knew what he was talking about but he was just interested in pushing one line. We would have gone with him if need be. They called up the day they were supposed to be here and said they were running late and if they could come later and my wife agreed and shortly they said can we come at the original time. They were here when they said they were going to be here. He was very professional.
