They were very prompt, imformative and respectful. They had to come out 2 more times to level the machines because my floors are uneven. They did not charge for these service calls because I purchased the washer and dryer from them.

I am very happy with them. They did a really nice job. They showed up on time. They were prompt. They took their time and it all turned out really nice. I would use their service in the future too.

Water Heater Service
We spent about $700. We got a 12-year warranty and they provided very good service. They were very helpful. They also had their serviceman call us and explain everything. They were out within a day. We haven?t had any problems at all. The price we paid was very reasonable. We would use their services in the future too.
