I have been going here since before I became Angie's List member. I got the referral from Northampton Affordable Pet Center, very highly regarded, reputable family business. At the time I only wanted my labs nails clipped, I cant do it, I was unhappy with my vet, lugging the dogs around, they get nervous, are big to handle, and 45 mins waiting. Tarra returned my calls, was very patient and flexible, had many options with appointments, despite certain days she is at competition/show. The location is great, convenient, and the dogs had no wait time. She is a genuine hard working business woman and very sensitive to my elderly dogs needs. I know my dogs felt so much better when they came home. She gets the job done quickly and efficiently. She is a genuine, sweet caring animal lover, which matters for where we take our pets, they are like family. Her prices are very reasonable. Her show dogs are always in the shop (she has crates and gates) and they are just beautiful. She does a fine job. I really admire her work.
