Their pricing is competitive. They don't have the best of mechanics. They are very good at communication and are always available for us.

Tires were a good value.  Brake work was done well.  They replaced the rotors at no charge as they were still under warranty.  My issue was that I had to take the car in three times to have them properly identify a noise - turned out to be a bad bearing.  However, they ended up replacing a different bearing first.  They also broke the glove box taking the cabin filter out.  Finally, my car always pulls to the right after they do an alignment.  I get tons of work done here because I have a Firestone credit card and the pricing is competitive.  I would not trust them with high level diagnostic or mechanical work but for lube, tires, and breaks the do fairly well.

They are convenient. The price is pretty decent. The outcome of the inspection was good. My car passed. They are quick, and easy to get to.

As they could not handle it, they recommended I take it to the dealer. They did not charge me for the diagnostic and were very helpful in giving me the information to pass on to the dealer.

It went perfect. I have been here multiple times before and the service has always been outstanding. Everything was done on time, service staff very helpful and courteous and an overall great experience.

The task was performed properly and in a punctual manner and one defect was found during the inspection. We were unaware of this defect prior to the inspection.

Everything is great with them. I am very pleased with them, and they're also AAA certified and from what I understand, you have a lot of things to come by to be approved by them. I would recommend them to others, as well as continue to use them in the future. They're very responsive and accommodating as well. As long as it's in their operating hours, they'll tell you to bring your car up and they'll get it in as soon as possible.
