Computer Repair
I brought in a damaged computer. I suspected it couldn't be repaired, I told them it was damaged an I was ready to buy a new one, but I wanted my data (years of work) transferred to the new computer. They told me they could not do it. LIE! They could but they didn't feel like it. I then went to Double Click on Nazareth Pike and I bought a new computer and they transferred all my work from the old SSD drive. I left Double Click in 45 minutes with a new computer with my old data.
The only good thing is Apple doesn't charge for diagnosis, so I would still go there first for free.

When I bought my computer, I bought their one-year agreement for their professional help. They have classes and workshops that I sign up for, and anytime I have an issue with my computer, they help me. They help me navigate and understand my computer. They are very professional and respectful. They make me feel like I have their full attention, even though there are many other people around. They are very attentive.
