Both of our vehicles went in for a state inspection and emissions test. The appointments were scheduled back to back. They were extremely prompt and quick. They honored both coupons that we had. Employees were very professional and courteous and went out of their way to make sure our experience was a good one.

They have done all the repairs on our cars for about twenty years now. We get our state inspections there as well. They're honest and do good work. They always call me to let me know if it's going to be higher than I expected to pay. They don't just surprise me with a bill.

American Tire Company are very efficient, accommodating, and dealing with them is a pleasant experience. They are also very professional and knowledgable.

They send coupons out that remind me it is time to get my oil changed. You can get an appointment pretty regularly, they are pretty prompt with their appointments, and they get you in and out pretty quickly. Last time I took my car there I asked for a tune-up but he told me it was unnecessary if my car was running well; they are very honest and they don’t do work for the sake of doing it. It’s a family owned business and there are always people that you can tell are repeat visitors.

Very well. At the beginning of the year I took my van to another place for an oil change and I was told I needed new tires. So after deciding on what tires I wanted and finding a place that had them at a good price (American Tire Factory) I took my van in and they said my existing tires were still OK. I was shocked since I had picked out pretty expensive tires and by telling me this they were not going to be getting any business from me. So 6 months later I went back for an inspection and again, they were very honest with me and said I had a little life left in my tires and did not have to get new ones to pass inspection. I decided to go ahead and get them anyway since I had a long trip coming up. I felt they were very honest, polite and their prices were pretty good when you used their coupons (usually included in the envelopes of coupons that you receive in the mail and also in the phone book).
