My storm door was installed incorrectly. When I asked Harold to fix it he said my job is done here and asked for payment. Next conversation I asked him to fix it again and he said all your materials for the other jobs were left there and I am done with you. WOW TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! And the screen door he says was correctly installed is now a sheet of ice

"We are very sorry you aren't 100% satisfied with your storm door installation. As explained your threshold to the front door has either settled horribly or was installed by the builder incorrectly, as depicted in the images with a laser level, the left side is an inch lower than the right, and the slope is over 50°. This caused the door to have a less than 1 inch gap at the bottom. Harold kindly explained this before and after the installation. Harold purchased a door extender at a local hardware store free of charge, it did not suffice to our standards, and informed you he was more than happy to find a remedy for you at a later date free of"

Upon viewing some of the projects in his portfolio that was professionally presented to me, it was a clear decision that he was the best choice for job. I hired Harold because he came highly recommended from a friend. I had a few projects I needed done around my house. Harold showed up on time to go over everything. I needed my deck & patio power washed, broken boards fixed & replaced and painted, 2 rooms needed walls patched, primed & painted, all my trim needed fixing and painted. Harold got right back to me with a very reasonable price and a start & finish date. Harold showed up on time everyday with a smile, very clean & professional. I am so pleased with his work!!
