With all of the rain coming down lately, I suddenly had a steady, drip coming down in my second floor bathroom. The drywall was cracked and leaking and I was panicking. I got online and did and Angieâ s request. Ron called me within the hour and set up an appointment, after we got off the phone, I texted pictures of the damage of my shingles and he was super responsive! This was all before 8 AM. By 1130 he was at my house with new shingles jumped up on the roof. Checked it out showed me the damage and what needed done. he was very clear and very kind. Within one hour he had the shingles replaced and the leak was slowing down. He even looked at another issue. I was having outside of the Roofing specialty because he was just so nice. The price was very reasonable and below what I was expecting. This is my first home and I donâ t know what Iâ m doing all the time plus, Iâ m divorced and in my 30s so letting people come in and help can sometimes be stressful. I mention that you can understand just how appreciative I am of the service that I received 11 out of 10 recommend.

I wont be able to check the quality until it rains again(joke aside) but from the moment they pulled up I got a feeling that I had hired a company that knew what they were doing and radiated professionalism. The company responded to my request within hours of posting it on Angi's and reached out to me directly. Once I made contact they came out the same day and went up to find a leak on my porch. The gentlemen showed me what the issue was and actively looked for other issues in the same part of the roof repairing and sealing as they went. I believe if ever I have more issues with the roof of the house, I will reach out to them again for assistance. Very pleased.

Joe and his crew go above and beyond!! I am so comfortable with what they do and what they charge that I do not need to give them specific things to look at. I let them do their thing and I know itâ s done right and for a reasonable price. I am happy just to be able to get on his list of customers!

RON AND JOE AND THE ENITRE CREW WERE WITHOUT A DOUBT STRAIGHT SHOOTERS, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, EXTREMELY TIDY AND COST EFFECTIVE. THEY UNDERSTOOD I HAD A BUDGET AND WORKED WITH ON MAKING THE BEST POSSIBLE CHOICES TO STAY WITHIN MY REALM WITHOUT ANY JUDGEMENTS. RON ALWAYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH ANY ISSUE, QUESTION, CONCERN I HAD. THEY ACTUALLY "HEARD" WHAT I SAID AND WORKED WITH ME. Ron and Joe were very professional, did a great job and were respectful with regard to clean up afterwards. I would hire them again if I had any other roofing issues.

We worked with Ron and he was fantastic! Everyone we met (Ron, Joe, Mario, crew) with Watertight was polite and helpful. Ron responded very quickly to texts, calls and emails which made working with him much easier. The crew working on our house was considerate and careful with their work as well as our belongings outside our home. They were also very careful with the lift they used and worked hard not to tear up the grass. Looks like they didn’t touch it! I also appreciated that everyone seemed trustworthy and I felt completely safe with them at my house. Great experience!
