He kept me updsted throughout the work and I approved some extra work due to unforeseen complications, which are common with areas you donâ t manage. The pictures he shared of the issue helped. He obtained my approval before I allowed the extra cost. They cleaned up the worksite. I am very happy with work and his crew.

I hired WaterTight to repair leaks around my chimney. Alvin was the person that responded to do estimate and Alvin also did the repair. Estimate was done extremely quickly and repair started just a couple days later. Very timely. Alvin found some other issues once he did estimate and pressed me to deal with them. I was nervous about this at first, but after he got into the job he took lots of pictures and showed how critical it was these were repaired. Alvin kept me up to date on progress with pictures all through the process. Very transparent. His judgement was good and he saved me more costly leaks that were already starting. Alvin has a rare attention to detail, is methodical, respectful, and timely. The work was completed and we are very happy with the quality. WaterTight had a fair price compared to other quotes. I have had multiple bad experiences with Home Advisor referred contractors, but WaterTight and Alvin were an exception and I would strongly recommend Alvin.

alvin is a guy you can trust, he is there with the team working as hard as they are . he takes vidios of each step he takes so that you know just what work he is doing . he talks to you as he goes about the job he is doing for you . he is very picky about how the job gets done. they leave no mess behind. you can reassure yourself what every alvin saids he is doing and needs done is done the right way. watertight is not a company out for the money they care and they remember we are homeowners just like they are i will be using them again when this virus stuff all ends and i would recommend them to everyone

Ron was super to work with Answered my questions. After they took off the old roof from my new house it was apparent that new wood needed to be placed down. Ron explained it to me and the guys on the crew showed me their concern and said we don't want you wasting your money if in 2 yrs you are going to have problems. The delivery of supplies were on time. Cleanup was awesome. This crew walked around and made sure things were cleaned up and they just asked me when the dumpster was removed to look carefully because somethings do go underneath it. Alvin Flick is the best. We appreciated most his thorough and â do it the right wayâ work ethic. i. e. no short cuts, no subpar materials, and most importantly he correctly identified the entire area that was affected. We thought we had a simple leak in the outside wall of the dining room. He found additional problems that we didnâ t know about. Leaks in the chimney flashing caused pretty severe damage on both the front side and the back side of the roof. Twice as much repair work was needed and he promptly acted and got it all finished before the threatening rain came. As we have a big hill behind our house, we could stand on it and actually watch them work! Their clean up was great. They came out right away to check a leak we had on our roof. A couple years ago we had this supposedly fixed by another company however when Watertight came they had a drone and were able to show us that the work had not been done. They quickly inspected with the drone, then came in the house and also went up on the roof to diagnose the problem. They gave us a fair estimate. They made the repairs as soon as possible when the weather was appropriate. They took pictures of their work before, during and after to show us what had been done.
