We work with alot of folks going through divorse/seperations, and houses that were listed prior and did not sell. Also if we list a house for sale and it does not sell, we may take over your payments until we get it sold. When working with buyers if we can not find you a home that you like in your area that you wish to live in, we will go out and door knock that area to work on finding you your dream home. "Wow Customer, you have so much pain in life that you can not be part of society yet you can type up a great "whining" review. I was told by a few people that are you completely crazy and to not get involved with you and your house but YOU did actually call me (I will go to Verizon and see if they can print out the call log history--where you did call us first). Being as aggressive and successful as we are in getting houses sold, We looked past what others said about you and I did meet with you, You are alittle different yet very respectful. I will admit we had mis-communication about meeting up that one day...You said after 12 noon so I called at 2pm after our appointments we had set up for that day. We are sorry that you have issues in life and as soon as you stop playing the "poor me" victim game, people will stop saying your crazy and actually say nice things about you. I have no problem saying you are a nice person to talk to. We may not be able to match our personality with everyone out there but we can get anyones house sold and we guarantee it to anyone. While you are whining about all these issues you have with us, we could have put your house on the market and got is sold by now. So you can call us and we can get past this blah blah c*** and get your house sold OR you can move on. Either way we wish you a great life and GOD bless you."
Called Steve he came out and checked out the house he took the extra time to ask questions and get all the accurate information.
He also answered any questions I had he is very inforative and has helped alot along the way. I would recomend him to anyone, he is a hard working guy.
