Everything went as promised. After seeing the chairs, we did not care for them (our fault). The store was very helpful and assisted us with making a change at cost. They provided excellent customer service, returned phone calls, and went above and beyond what we expected.

I told him what I liked, and he told us what he suggested for our home. He gives you really good ideas on what goes with what, and what materials will hold up well and which won't. We also purchased a wooden kitchen table and chairs.

They are nice and deep, and soft. You get a supply of leather cleaner for lifetime with the purchase. They let you know how often to clean the leather to keep it nice.
