The experience has sworn me off from ever buying ahome again. I had used Susan Newman. I felt there was no support and she was more interested in the sale of the home versus providing me guidance or doing any pushback against the other realtor.
She did not do the comps accurately. She wanted to list the house ~$20,000 lower than the comps found by other agent. She wanted to drop the price and was concerned that there were no calls in 4 days. The problems are to many to list ..suffice it to say, people who went thru this with me were appauled.
I would not recommend using Susan Newman.
