Home Owner BEWARE --- I hired Mr. Handyman Wexford PA to do a few home fixes, they completed some but charged me for doors to be fixed when they never fixed them. I had to hire another contractor to do the job. I paid them for all work completed but not for the doors they never completed, they sent me to collections..... unreal. Do they want to be paid for job never done? Bad Business Practice. Be careful with these guys !!!

Ken was exceptional in the work he performed. He was meticulous and very professional. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Went well, our handyman had to do alot of sanding, etc., but both doors are very secure.

Perfect. He was prompt, thorough and we had one other task for him but it couldn’t be completed bc we didn’t have all the parts. Not his fault, but he did try to workaround.

One time an individual showed up but he left before we figured what else he needed to do. I called them and they fixed that. There customer service is okay. They are reasonable as far as price. I was helping with management in facilities so I wasn't involved in it but I assume they did okay as they kept having them come back.

Very satisfied w/professionalism, skills, quality of work, punctuality, & personableness of the 3 men who came to our home,on 3 separate days. Definitely recommend this company to others for consideration. For me, this was an interim solution while I continue to search for our next handyman because ours recently retired. The 2 reasons that it is unlikely I would use a company like Mr. Handyman again are cost & not being able to have the same person come to our home. We valued so much the relationship we had with our wonderful handyman. He knew us & our home and that made it all very easy & nice.

The work effort was longer than expected but the recessed mirrors required more modifications in the wall due to the electrical configuration. The textured ceiling patchup was decent. I understood the challenges of my requests and overall was pleased with the craftsmanship and understood the higher costs ($950 total) and was prepared for that. Ultimately I was pleased they were willing to do the various handyman jobs that were a little more elaborate than most and would utilize this company again. The scheduling, punctuality, communication, and commitment to finish the job fast were all very good.

They were very good. They came on time and did a nice job. The vanity top of the sink is not an equal distance on both sides. One side was leveled, and the other side was hanging over a little bit. You can't tell unless you ran your fingers underneath. I just assumed they would put it on leveled. Then there were shims put underneath of it. I think I would have rather them used levelers. I couldn't stay and keep an eye on everything he was doing. I mean it's pretty, people wouldn't notice what I noticed it.

All went well. Everything we agreed to be done was completed in the time and price estimated.

What I had them do for me was to redo my porch, I had a wooden porch and they redid the porch, replacing all the wood, all the posts. The only reason I'm giving them a B is because there were two little gaps in it that I had to call them and have them come back, but I have to say, when they came back they fixed it and they fixed it quickly and I mean shortly after I called them they were out here, and they fixed it to my satisfaction, so on that end I would give them an A, but initially only because they had to come out and fix those two little gaps. I had three guys out to do the estimates, they were the most expensive but I looked them up in Better Business Bureaus they got very good ratings, he spent a lot of time with me and explained the process, told us everything that we needed to know and gave us the price, you know that was it, he was very good. They were the most expensive but they had the best references and they just did a nice job, so I would say the money was well spent.
