Mike was referred to us by another Keller Williams team leader. Inital phone conversation went extremely well (45 minutes). Mike obviously is an expert in his field. He took time to listen to our challenges as well as our requirements. An inital meeting was scheduled, but was subsequently cancelled by Mike as his car was in the garage for service. A second attempt was made to schedule a meeting. 5 minutes prior to the meeting, Mike called and said that he had to attend not 1, but 2 funerals that evening. I would think that you would have prior knowledge of the commitment prior to 5 minutes before the start of a meeting. Mike said that he had already made plans for his assistant to come to our house in his stead and meet with us. His assistant, about an 80 year old woman who could not walk up our steps without considerable pause arrived at our house 2 hours later. She told us her name...forcefully walked into our home and said that she was there to take pictures and a video. She spent 15 minutes walking though our home with a video camera. She would not engage in conversation other than to say that Mike would review the video and get back with us. IT WAS 2 WEEKS BEFORE MIKE CALLED US BACK !!! I left several voice mails with no response. After the two week period, Mike called and left a voicemail saying, "Hey it's Mike, I wanted to let you know that I have some properties that you may be interested in. NO MENTION OF REVIEWING THE VIDEO. NO MENTION OF LISTING OUR PROPERTY. At that point I was done with Mike. 2 weeks after that, I get a call from Mike assistant. She wanted to speak to me and Laurie (my ex-wife's name...not Melissa, my current wife's name) about listing our house. UGGGG this was my fear with real estate agents (SOMETHING THAT I EXPRESSED TO MIKE DURING OUR INITAL PHONE CALL). This guy was worse than a used car salesman. That being said, we did utilize Tim Gray (Mike's referral as a financial planner). Not enough good can be said about Tim and the team at Princeton Financial. He was awesome !!!! We ended up finding a great agent in Heather DiGregory with Coldwell Banker.
