They sent someone down to pick up the car, they drove it to their shop and did the work, and then drove it back to me. I was satisfied with the repairs.

They do an oil change every 10,000 miles and I only have 9,000 miles so far. It's still under warranty. I've gotten my last 3 cars there. I like the salesmen and if I need something done, they'll come out and pick the car up and leave me a loaner and then bring mine back. They were decent.

Once I make an appointment, I don't have to deal with them. They come and get my car and bring out a loaner. Nice waiting room. They have good coffee. I only take my car there for warranty work which is no charge.

As always, LEXUS provides a very nice atmosphere and level of service when we take the car there. The attendants and mechanics are top notch. They do not push extra, unneeded services for your car. Their prices are higher than elsewhere, but I chose to go there and pay a little more periodically in order to feel that the car has been checked out by the experts. When they fix something, it never needs a return trip to re-fix.

The battery was replaced. My tires were making a squeaking sound every time I pressed on the breaks. They inserted a cushion which reduced the noise.
